A parenting series focused on caring for yourself and your family
Practical information that can be applied to everyday situations within your family and your relationships. This series will also help you learn to care for your family while learning to care for yourself.
Any interested parents may participate.

Week 1 Becoming a Parent: your memories and experiences
Week 2 Self Nurturing: learning to care for yourself
Week 3 Family Leadership: learn skills of active listening, and negotiation
Week 4 Feelings; Yours, Mine & Ours: unconditional love for your children & identify tools to manage anger
Week 5 The Power to Nurture: Parenting without violence or fear
Week 6 Discipline/Teamwork: identify elements of successful teamwork and apply them to parenting
Week 7 Balancing Family Life: Explore the relationship between time, work and family life
Family Fun Night and Award Ceremony to be announced.
The class is limited to 12 participants and will run 7 weeks
